Our body and its digestive system is designed to function on a wide range of nutrients. These nutrient comes from certain natural foods. If your body is not fed the right foods it is not getting the nutrients to keep you healthy physically and mentally.

Low carb diets works for many and if you are overweight and do it right you will lose weight.

Right food makes you feel great.

I have noticed when I eat the right foods I feel much better physically and mentally. Have you ever had that “good feeling” after you had a great meal? If you eat the right foods you can have that feeling all day.

    1. We eat too much junk and not enough of the good foods that provides important nutrients to our bodies (including our brain).     3. We go on unhealthy diets that cause: slow metabolism, weight gain, lack of energy, depression and other health related problems. Stay away from diets that restriction of calories.
